1. Eligibility and Purpose

This wholesale program is exclusively available to Ducks Unlimited Regional Directors and other authorized Ducks Unlimited (DU) representatives. Accounts are provided solely for purchasing Hurricane Marsh merchandise for official DU events, member benefits, and other organizational uses. Personal purchases or resale for personal profit are strictly prohibited.

2. Account Use

Authorized Users: Each account is assigned to a specific director or DU representative and may not be shared or transferred without prior approval.
Approved Purchases: Merchandise may be ordered only for DU‑sponsored events, fundraising activities, member recognition, banquets, or organizational promotional use.
Misuse: Orders placed for personal use or on behalf of anyone not affiliated with DU will result in immediate suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

We’re a small family business, and offering 50% wholesale pricing is a big commitment for us. We’re doing it because we believe in being part of something bigger. Please help us honor that by using this account only for Ducks Unlimited purposes—not for personal shopping

3. Confidentiality

Pricing: All wholesale prices, discount structures, and other non‑public program details are confidential. Account holders agree not to disclose pricing or discount information to any third party, including other organizations, vendors, or individuals, without written consent from Hurricane Marsh.
Account Credentials: Login credentials, invoices, and order confirmations must be kept secure.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Placement: Orders must be submitted through the wholesale website.
Lead Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to process. If items are out of stock, you will be contacted.
Minimums: Orders with less than 5 items will not be accepted without approval.
Custom Orders: For any merchandise that requires customization (e.g., special graphics, logos, unique colorways), a minimum of 90 days’ advance notice is required to allow adequate time for design approval, production, and fulfillment.

Payment Terms: Payment in full is due at the time of shipment. We accept ACH transfers, checks, and credit card payments. Failure to remit payment promptly may result in delayed shipments or suspension of account privileges.

Credit Card Payments: If a credit card is used for payment, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total invoice amount. This fee covers third-party transaction costs and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Shipping

Freight Terms: Unless otherwise specified, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping method and carrier will be determined by Hurricane Marsh unless arrangements are made in advance.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon shipment. Please inspect all deliveries promptly and report any shipping damage within 20 days of receipt.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Defective Merchandise: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Hurricane Marsh within 30 days of shipment. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Non‑defective Items: Returns or exchanges for reasons other than defect (e.g., overstock or change of mind) are not accepted under the wholesale program. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Procedure: All returns require prior authorization and must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and labels.

7. Resale and Branding

Resale: Merchandise purchased under this program may not be resold to the general public, offered through retail channels, or redistributed outside Ducks Unlimited events or activities without prior written approval from Hurricane Marsh.
Brand Integrity: Account holders agree not to modify, re‑label, or alter Hurricane Marsh products or packaging in any way that could misrepresent the brand.

8. Suspension or Termination

Hurricane Marsh reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale privileges for any account that violates this policy, including but not limited to misuse of the account, non‑payment, disclosure of confidential information, or unauthorized resale. DU may also request termination of an account at any time.

9. Policy Changes

Hurricane Marsh may update or modify these wholesale terms at its discretion. Notification of significant changes will be provided to account holders via email or through the wholesale ordering portal. Continued use of the account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
